Leslee Brown represents CrossFit CPHS in Valle del Cocora, Columbia (the tree is over 800 years old)

PREPARATION:

Three rounds of:

  • Row 250m
  • 8 Good Mornings with light bar
  • 6 KB Single Leg DL

then:

5 minutes of Double Under practice

STRENGTH:

Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes complete 6 sets of Deadlifts as follows:

  • 1 set of 8 reps @ 50%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 4 reps @ 70%
  • 3 sets of 2 reps @ 80%

Met-Con WOD:

15 minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Bodyweight Deadlifts
  • 10 DBell Snatch
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 30 Sit Ups
