PREPARATION:

  • Row 500m
  • Burgener Warmup

STRENGTH:

  • we are going to practice Snatches from the High Hang, Low Hang and ground
  • Split Jerks from the Saftey Bars

Rowing WOD:

  • 3 sets of 1000m Row
  • REST 6 minutes
  • 2 sets of 350m Row (30 seconds between each)
