PREPARATION:

  • 500m Row
  • 10 V-Ups with PVCs
  • movement prep with partner assistance

STRENGTH:

  • 5 minutes to build to a heavy triple Hang Clean
  • 5 minutes to build to a heavy double low Hang Clean (just below the knee)
  • 5 minutes to build to a heavy single Clean from the ground

 

Met-Con WOD:

  • 20 Front Squats 95/65
  • 20 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 20 Overhead Squats 95/65
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Front Squats 95/65
  • 10 Abmat Sit Ups
  • 10 Overhead Squats 95/65
  • 10 Push Ups
