  • Row 250 m harder

Then, using the empty bar:

2 rounds of:

  • 8 Thrusters 
  • 7 Back Thrusters 
  • 6 Overhead Squats


  • Spend 15 minutes building to an Overhead Squat Max


  • 3 sets of 8 reps of Overhead Lunges/Front Rack Lunges/Back Rack Lunges
