Inspire them with how you respond when things don’t go your way.

PREPARATION:

2 rounds of:

  • 10 Incline DB Press
  • 10 DB Rows

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 reps of Bench Press @ 50%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 60%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 70%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 85%
  • 4 sets of 2 reps @ 87.5%

OLY SESSION:

  • Split Jerks from the blocks for 15 minutes
  • we are going to concentrate on dropping under the bar aggressively

Met-Con WOD:

5 rounds of the following as follows:

  • 10 reps of Thrusters @ 95/65
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 25 Air Squats

REST 2 minutes between rounds

Record your times for each round.
