PREPARATION:

  • 10 hip hinges into wall
  • 10 hip hinges with KB behind neck
  • try the move from the video

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Deadlifts @ 40% of Max
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 65%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 70%
  • 4 sets of 4 reps @  82.5%

Met-Con WOD:

AMRAP in 12 minutes of:

  • 30 KB Swings
  • 15 Power Cleans @ 95/55
  • 10 Overhead Weighted Step Ups 
  • 5 Atomic Sit Ups
