  • 15 Empty Bar Thrusters
  • 10 Behind the Neck Jerks (empty bar)
  • 5 Hindu Push Ups

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 8 reps of Deadlifts @ 40% of Max
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 65%
  • 5 sets of 5 reps @  77.5%

Met-Con WOD:

  • 21 Deadlifts @ 45% of your Max 
  • 300m Row or Run 2 laps
  • 15 Deadlifts @ 55%
  • 300m Row or Run 2 laps
  • 9 Deadlifts @ 65%
  • 300m Row or Run
