PREPARATION:

2 rounds of:

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Sit Ups
  • 20 Air Squats

STRENGTH:

  • 5 sets of Bench Press @ 65%, 70%, 75%, 80% and 85%

Met-Con WOD:

20-15-10-5 of the following:

  • Back Squat
  • Pull Ups
  • 200m Row

Round 1: 135/75

Round 2: 155/95

Round 3: 175/115

Round 4: 195/135
