  • 5 sets of 5 reps of Deadlifts @ 65%, 70%, 75%, 80% and 85%

Met-Con WOD:

•3x AFAP + AHAP + UB:

  • 2 Deadlifts
  • 2 Hang Power Cleans
  • 2 Front Squats
  • 2 Shoulder-to-Overhead
  • 2 Front Squats
  • 2 Hang Power Cleans
  • 2 Deadlifts
  • 250m Row

*Notes:
-AFAP = As Fast As Possible (For Time)
-AHAP = As Heavy As Possible
-UB = UnBroken (Don’t drop BB until all reps are completed per set.)

There it is. Go fast. Lift heavy. Have fun.
