- 5 Bench Press* + 15 Strict Chest to Deck Push Ups + 15 Strict Ring Rows
- *Heavier each time
Met-Con WOD:
3 rounds for time of:
- 15 KB Push Press
- 30 KB Swings (use same weight for both)
EMOM perform 3 Burpees
