PREPARATION:

  • Tabata Row (faster each 20 seconds)

STRENGTH:

4 rounds of the following:

  • 5 Bench Press* + 15 Strict Chest to Deck Push Ups + 15 Strict Ring Rows
  • *Heavier each time

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds for time of:

  • 15 KB Push Press
  • 30 KB Swings (use same weight for both)

EMOM perform 3 Burpees
