3 rounds of the following:

  • 5,4,3,2,1 Deadlifts @ 70% of your Max 
  • 15 seconds rest between sets

REST 2 minutes between rounds

Met-Con WOD:

5 sets of the following Complex As Heavy As Possible

  • 1 Deadlift
  • 2 Hang Power Cleans
  • 3 Front Squats
  • 4 Shoulder to Overhead

start @ 65% of your Push Press Max
