STRENGTH:

  • take 20 minutes to establish a 5 rep max Back Squat
  • we will use this number as the basis for future programming

“Lumberjack Lite”:

  • 15 Deadlifts @ 75% of your DL Max
  • Run to cone and back
  • 20 KB Swings
  • Run to cone and back (200m)
  • 15 Overhead Squats @ 75/45
  • Run to cone and back
  • 20 Burpees
  • Run to cone and back
  • 15 Chest-to-Bar Pull Ups
  • Run to cone and back
  • 20 Box Jumps
  • Run to cone and back
  • 15 DBell Squat Cleans
  • Run to cone and back
