  • 2 sets of 10 reps of light DB Seated Shoulder Press
  • 8-1 Push Ups and Air Squats

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 reps @ bar
  • 1 set of 8 reps @ 50%
  • 1 set of 6 reps @ 65%
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 85%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%
  • 1 set of 1 + reps @ 95%

Met-Con WOD:

For time:

  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 50 Push Press @ 75/45
  • 1000m Row
