PREPARATION:

EMOM for 5 minutes:

  • 10 Goblet Squats
  • 10 Snatches Right
  • 10 Snatches Left

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 Deadlifts @ 50%
  • 1 set of  8 reps @ 65%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 80% of your Training Max
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 85%
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of the following:

  • 5 Power Cleans @ 165/95
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 25 Wall Balls
  •  Row 200m
  • 5 Power Cleans @ 165/95

REst 2 minutes between rounds
