PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • 30 second HS Hold
  • 15 Light KB Swings
  • skip down hallway with skipping rope

STRENGTH:

  • 5,3,1 reps of Deadlift @ 85%, 90% and 95% of your Training Max

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds for time of:

  • 6 Ground to Overhead  @ 155/95
  • 12 Box Jump Overs (tap on top )
  • 24 KB Swings
  • 40 Double Unders

REST 3 minutes between each set
