PREPARATION:

EMOM for 5 minutes:

  • Row 100m
  • 5 Burpees

STRENGTH:

  • 1 set of 10 reps of Back Squats @ 50%
  • 1 set of 8 reps of Back Squats @ 65%
  • 5, 3, 1 Back Squats @ 85%, 90% and 95% of Training Max

Then:

3 sets of:

  • 4 reps of Snatch Grip Deadlifts from 2″ deficit
  • REST 1 minute
  • 6 reps of Seated DBell Press
  • REST 1 minute

Then:

4 rounds of:

  • 45 seconds of Strict Pull Ups
  • REST 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds of Push Press @ 75#
  • REST 15 seconds
  • 45 seconds of Push Ups
  • REST 75 seconds
