Monday, April 27 Gym Open @ 5:15pm

 

PREPARATION:

  • run 2 laps, row 500m, or Ski Erg 300m

STRENGTH:

Every 90 seconds for 12 minutes complete the following:

  • 2 Power Cleans + 2 Front Squats + 2 Push Jerks

Met-Con WOD:

  • 60 Air Squats
  • 60 Sit Ups
  • 40 KB Swings
  • 40 Steps of Lunge
  • 20 Deadlifts @ 185/135 (or scaled version)
  • 20 Pull Ups
  • 10 KB Snatch
  • 10 Hang Power Cleans @ 155/95 (or scaled version)

AND, every 2 minutes you must complete either 5 Toes to Bar, or 5 Burpees

FINISHER:

  • mixed Push Ups (I will show some examples)
  • mixed Pull Ups (examples will be provided)
