PREPARATION:

Watch the video and try a few of these moves:

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 8 reps of Deficit Deadlifts
  • 1 set of 5 reps @ 85% of Training Max
  • 1 set of 3 reps @ 90%
  • 1 set of 1 rep @ 95%

Met-Con WOD:

from the CrossFit main page Saturday, April 18th

5 rounds for time of:

  • 95-lb. squat cleans, 10 reps
  • 30-second L-sit hold
  • 95-lb. squat cleans, 10 reps
  • 60-second hang from pull-up bar
