Back Squats

  • 10 reps @ Bar (Warm Up)
  • 8 reps @ 50% (Warm Up)
  • 6 reps @ 65% (Warm Up)
  • 5 reps @ 85%
  • 3 reps @ 90%
  • 1 rep @ 95%

Met-Con WOD:

Time for a little Complex with DBells:

3 rounds of the following:

EMOM for 5 minutes of:

  • 1 Power Clean
  • 2 Hang Power Cleans
  • 3 Front Squats
  • 5 Push Ups

REST 1 – 2 minutes; increase weight for each subsequent round
