PREPARATION:

  • Row 500m 
  • 20 Air Squats
  • 15 Sit Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 5 Pull Ups

STRENGTH:

  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Back Squats @ 80%, 85% and 90%
  • 1 sets of 10 reps @ 65%

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of the following:

  • 15 Calorie Row
  • 15 Clean and Jerk @ 115

REST 3 minutes

2 rounds of the following:

  • 2 laps of the halls
  • 15 OHS @ 95

FINISHER:

  • 3 sets of 8 reps of Reverse Flyes
  • 3 sets of 8 Front Raises
  • gymnastic skills
