PREPARATION:

EMOM for 5 minutes:

  • 5 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Sit Ups
  • 15 Jumping Jacks

STRENGTH:

  • 5 sets of 3 Snatch Grip Deadlifts @ Snatch Max 
  • 3 sets of 5 reps of Clean @ 75%, 80% and 85% of Training Max

Met-Con WOD:

2 minutes for reps:

  • Sumo Deadlift High Pull @ 75

REST 2 minutes

7 minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • 10 Hang Cleans @ 115
  • 15 Air Squats

FINISHER:

  • 10 OHS @ 65
  • 10 Walking Lunges with Bar in Front Rack @ 95
  • 10 Step Ups with Bar on Back @ 95
