  • 10 Single Bench Presses from the Safety Bars
  • 3 sets of 8 reps of DBell Presses

EMOM for 7 minutes of:

  • 1 Pause Front Squat + 1 Front Squat

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of the following 

  • 10 Double Russian KB Swings 35#
  • 10 Turkish Get Ups (5 each hand) 35#
  • 10 Double Shoulder to Overhead 35#
