2 rounds of:

  • 20 Jumping Lunges
  • 10 Burpees

STRENGTH:

12 minutes to work up to a heavy complex of:

  • Hang Clean + Clean + Front Squat

Met-Con WOD:

AMRAP of the following (15 minute time cap):

3 rounds of the following:

  • 20 Jerks @ 115/65
  • 25 Sit Ups
  • 30 Deadlifts @ 115/65
