Training and learning is an arduous process and yet it can be fun. But entertainment cannot be the goal.

  • I am signing up for the Open on Friday; I will also be doing the Judges’s course this weekend.
  • Let’s get at this!

PREPARATION:

  • Burgener Warm Up

STRENGTH:

10 minute EMOM of:

  • Snatch Balance + Overhead Squat
  • increase weight as you need

Met-Con WOD:

5 minute AMRAP of:

  • 7 Thrusters @95/65
  • 7 Pull Ups

REST 4 minutes

5 minute AMRAP of:

  • 5 Deadlifts @ 225/135
  • 5 HSPU (or 5 Hand-Release Push Ups)

REST 4 minutes

5 minute AMRAP of:

  • 10 calorie Row
  • 5 Burpees over the rower
