  • 10 minute EMOM of Push Jerk + Split Jerk
  • heavier each round

Met-Con WOD:

EMOM of:

  • 2 Strict Press @ 135
  • 4 Push Press @ 135
  • 6 Push Jerk (or Split Jerk) @ 135
  • use the remainder of each minute to complete 50 KB Swings

3 minutes REST

  • 2 Strict Pull Ups
  • 4 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • 6 Kipping Pull Ups
  • use the remainder of the minute to complete 50 Calories on Rower
