PREPARATION:

3 rounds of:

  • 150m Row
  • 10 OHS with PVC
  • 5 DBell Thrusters

STRENGTH:

EMOM for 8 minutes:

  • 5 Overhead Squats (form over weight)

Met-Con WOD:

this Workout can be scaled in number of reps

5 rounds of:

  • 20 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (we can scale)
  • 30 Wall Balls
  • 40 Push Ups
