FITNESS:

“An evolving  journey and exploration of the connection between spirit, mind and body WHILE attempting to discover physical potential WHILE leading to discovering purpose and producing longevity of oneself” (OPT)

Workout will be posted by noon

PREPARATION:

3 rounds with an empty barbell of:

  • 10 Deadlifts
  • 10 High Pulls
  • 10 Squat Cleans
  • 10 Push Press

STRENGTH:

Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 rounds) of:

  • 2 Front Squats + 1 Squat Clean @ 60% of Front Squat Max

Met-Con WOD:

  • 42 Wall Balls
  • 21 back Squat @135/65
  • 30 Wall Ball
  • 15 Back Squat @ 135/65
  • 18 Wall Ball
  • 9 Back Squat @ 135/65

REST for 6 minutes

3 rounds of the following:

  • 10 Deadlifts @ 245/135
  • 50 Double Unders (100 singles)

REST for 6 minutes

30-20-10 of the following:

  • Box Jumps
  • Pull Ups
  • Shoulder to Overhead @95/45
