PREPARATION:

EMOM for 10 Minutes:

  • Even: 5 Behind the Neck Push Press @ 65#
  • Odd: 10 Knees to Elbows

STRENGTH:

Every 2 minutes for 14 minutes:

  • 3 Unbroken Thrusters
  • begin @ 60% of your Max Thruster and add weight each round

Met-Con WOD:

20-15-10-5 of:

  • Back Squat @ 135
  • Push Ups
  • KB Sings

Finish with 50 Sit Ups

And then 50 Air Squats
