  • Max Effort Unbroken set of Hang Snatch @ 65%
  • Rest for 3 minutes
  • 5 sets of 3 reps of Push Jerk @ 65%
  • REST for 75 seconds
  • Max Effort Unbroken set of Push Jerks @ 65%
  • REST for 3 minutes
  • 5 sets of 3 reps of Back Squat @ 75%

Met-Con WOD:

  • 50 DUs
  • 40 Push Ups
  • 30 Knees to Elbows
  • 20 KB Swings
  • 10 Burpee Box Jumps
