  • well, folks, we have come to the final session of our Squat Program
  • we will test our Front Squat Max first and then move on with the rest of the CrossFit Football Total (we normally  use Back Squat for this, but we need to test our Front Squat after all of the work we have done)

STRENGTH:

You have the entire session (90 minutes) to establish the following TOTAL:

  • Front Squat Max
  • Power Clean Max
  • Bench Press Max
  • Deadlft Max
