STRENGTH:

  • 4 sets of 2/4 FS/BS @ 70% of FS Max

Met-Con WOD:

we are going to do Grace again, except with a few twists:

  • start with 85% of your Clean and Jerk Max
  • every 3:00 minutes, drop 10% and keep rolling until you have hit 30 reps

FINISHER:

  • banded Deadlift pulls to emphasize lat involvement in Oly lifts
