Met-Con WOD:

Partner Workout:

  • 40 Thrusters @ 95
  • 2 laps of halls (or 300m row)
  • 30 Thrusters @ 105
  • 2 laps of halls (or 300m row)
  • 20 Thrusters @ 115
  • 2 laps of halls (or 300m row)

only 1 partner working on Thrusters at a time, but other partner must hold loaded bar in rack position
