Monday, September 1 Gym Open @ 5:15 pm

  • even though it is a holiday, the gym will be open
  • try to get in a little earlier if possible
  • no “STRENGTH” session tonight as we are doing BASELINE (the Deadlifts will suffice…)

“CrossFit Baseline”

  •  500m Row
  • 40 Air Squats
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 20 Push Ups
  • 10 Pull Ups

5 minute REST, and then:

  • 9 Deadlifts 315/185 (we can scale accordingly)
  • 2 laps of halls
  • 21 Box Jumps
  • 15 Deadlifts 225/135
  • 2 laps of halls
  • 15 Box Jumps (put two 45#/25# plates on box) (i.e., jump higher)
  • 21 Deadlifts 135/65
  • 2 laps of halls
  • 9 Box Jumps (put two more plates on box) (i.e., jump higher)

This WOD could be done outside if anyone wishes
