Squats:

  • 2 x 5 @ 45 lb
  • 1 x 5 @ 35% plus 5
  • 1 x 3 @ 55% plus 5
  • 1 x 2 @ 70% plus 5
  • 1 x 5 @ 88% plus 5

Met-Con WOD:

 4 rounds of the following:

  • 3 Strict Press 115
  • 5 Push Press 115
  • 7 Push Jerks or Split Jerks 115
  • run halls twice
  • 12 Toes to Bar

FINISHER:

  •  5 sets of 5 Heavy Ass Dumbbell Rows
