  • spend 6 minutes working up to a heavy Front Squat, and then
  • 2 Front Squats @ 75% and High Box Jumps 2 reps EMOM for 8 minutes

Met-Con WOD:

  • run 2 laps
  • 42 Double Unders; 21 KB Swings; 21 Back Squats @ 135 – 155
  • run 2 laps
  • 30 Double Unders; 15 KB Swings; 15 Back Squats
  • run 2 laps
  • 15 Double Unders; 9 KB Swings; 9 Back Squats
