SKILL:

5 rounds of  1 minute of each of the following:

rest during balance of minute

  • 5 Toes to Bar
  • 5 HSPUs
  • 10 KB Swings

WEIGHTLIFTING:

5 minutes of EMOM 2 Hang Squat Snatch @ 75%

5 minutes of EMOM 2 Clean and Jerks @ 75%

Met-Con WOD:

  • 10 to 1 reps of the following: (10/1; 1/10)
  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups
  • Shoulder to Overhead @ 105
