  •  15 Floor Wipers @ 115
  • 2 laps of halls
  • 15 Burpees
  • 15 Clean and Jerks @ 115
  • 2 laps of halls
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Clean and Jerks @ 135
  • 2 laps of halls
  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Clean and Jerks @ 155
  • 15 Floor Wipers @ 155

FINISHER:

  •  3 sets of 10 reps of Bent-over Lateral Raises
