STRENGTH:

  • 15 reps of Bench Press @ 50% of max
  • 12 reps and add 20 pounds
  • 9 reps and add 10 pounds
  • 6 reps and add 10 pounds
  • as many reps as possible with another 10 pounds

Met-Con WOD:

3 rounds of the following:

2 minutes rest between rounds

AMRAP in 4 minutes:

  • 20 Double Unders
  • 15 Deadlifts 185/125 lbs
  • 10 Box Jumps 24/20 “
  • 5 Burpees
