  • I have  a few t-shirts, one hoody and a t-shirt hoody (large) for sale from the Clothing Order
  • I will do another order if anyone is interested.


  • 3 sets of 3 reps of Bench Press @ 85%
  • then….
  • Max reps  @ 60% in 1 minute
  • Rest 2 minutes
  • Max reps @ 60% in 1 minute

Met-Con WOD:

  • this workout can be scaled to: “Dirty Thirty” or “Sporty Forty”
