As many reps as possible:

  • 1 minute of Pull Ups
  • 2 minutes of Push Ups
  • 3 minutes of Air Squats
  • 4 minutes of KB Swings
  • 3 minutes of Air Squats
  • 2 Minutes of Push Ups
  • 1 minute of Pull ups
