REST 2 minutes

5 MINUTE TIME LIMIT

  • RUN 2 laps of halls – MAX  KB Swings

REST 2 minutes

4 MINUTE TIME LIMIT

  • RUN 2 laps of halls – MAX Wall Balls

REST 2 minutes

3 MINUTE TIME LIMIT

  • RUN 2 laps of halls – MAX Power Cleans @ 115
