For those who have done 14.5:

STRENGTH:

  • Snatch – spend 15 minutes working up to a 1 rep max

Met-Con WOD:

  • 10 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls 115
  • 10 Bench Press 115
  • 10 Bent-Over Rows 115
  • 10 Floor Wipers 115

FINISHER:

  • 10 Ab Wheel Rollouts
  • 10 Weighted Dead Bugs
