21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time of:
95-lb. thrusters


Alternative WOD:


  • Clean and Split Jerk EMOM for 10 minutes (increase weight every round)

Met-Con WOD:

  • 9 Split Jerks @ 70% 
  • 21 KB Swings
  • 6 Split Jerks @ 80%
  • 15 KB Swings
  • 3 Split Jerks @ 90%
  • 9 KB Swings
