STRENGTH:

  • 3 Back Squats @ 75% EMOM for 8 minutes

Met-Con WOD:

  • Wall Ball Wonderment:) 5 rounds: 15 seconds rest between rounds
  • Rounds 1-4: 20 Wall Balls
  • Round 5: as many as possible

Then:

Rotate through the following stations for 6 rounds (24 minutes)

  • Minute 1: 150 m row
  • Minute 2: 5 Thusters @ 95/65
  • Minute 3: 8 Burpees
  • Minute 4: 10 Box Jumps
