STRENGTH:

  • 3 Power Cleans  EMOM for 5 minutes @ 85%
  • rest 4 minutes
  • max Hang Power Cleans @ 70%

Met-Con WOD:

21-15-9-15-21 of the following:

  • KB Swings
  • Hand-Release Push Ups
  • Double Unders

FINISHER:

  • 3 sets of 15 Rear Lateral Dumbbell Raises
  • 5 Handstand Push Ups
