STRENGTH:

  •  3 Snatch Grip Deadlifts EMOM for 5 minutes
  • 3 Deadlifts @ 75% EMOM for 5 minutes

Met-Con WOD:

  • 100 Air Squats
  • 100 KB Swings 35/25
  • 50 Wall Ball
  • 50 Hollow Rocks
  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 25 Dips

Every time you have to stop in each movement, you must do 1 Clean and Jerk

The Clean and Jerk starts @ 115/65

Every time you have to do a C and  J, you must add 1 rep and 5 pounds
