  • It is for fun, and we are going to do the workouts anyways, so you might as well be part of the show

STRENGTH:

  • Tabata Deadlifts (20 seconds on/10 seconds rest for 8 rounds) @ 60% of max

Met-Con WOD:

  • 25 Power Cleans 95/55
  • 1 Pull Up Bar TRAVERSE
  • 25 KB Swings
  • 2  – 30 second Handstand Holds or 2 Handstand Push ups
  • 25 Front Squats 95/55
  • 3 Trips up the Main Staircase
  • 25 Pull Ups
  • 4 Turkish Get Ups
  • 25 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 95/55
  • 5 Atlas Stone Ground to Overhead
  • 25 Floor Wipers 95/55 (left side/right side equals one rep)
  • 6  Heavy Deadlifts (80% of your max)
  • 25 Thrusters 95/65 lbs

FINISHER:

  • 50 unanchored sit ups for time
