  • Power Cleans (or Cleans) 2 reps on the minute for 7 minutes
  • increase the weight each round

Met-Con WOD:

  • 80 Back Squats 65/45
  • 70 Sit Ups
  • 60 Weighted Lunges 65/45 (sub is unweighted lunges)
  • 50 Push Press 65/45 (sub is KB swings)
  • 40 Bulgarian Split Squats 65/45
  • 30 Ring Dips (sub is push ups)
  • 20 Front Squats 65/45
  • 10 Curtis P’s 65/45

* Curtis P – Hanging Squat Clean, Lunge, Lunge, Push Press
