  • Just plugging an awesome event that is coming to Carleton Place on Saturday, September 14:

STRENGTH:

  •  10 MINUTES to find your 1 REP MAX THRUSTER

 Met-Con WOD:

  • 35 Wall Balls

Then 3 rounds of the following:

  • lap of school outside (or 500m row)
  • 25 Double Unders (or 50 singles)
  • 15 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls 75/55 lbs (scale as needed)
  • 10 Thrusters 75/55 lbs
  • 5 Power Snatch 75/55 lbs

and then…..

  • 35 Wall Balls

FINISHER:

  • 35 hollow rocks
