  • Hang Power Cleans – 2 reps on the MINUTE every MINUTE for 10 MINUTES….INCREASING the weight each round 

MET-CON WOD:

Complete the following quartet for 5 minutes:

  • 10 Deadlifts 135/95 lbs
  • 5 Hanging Power Cleans 135/95 lbs
  • 10 Box Jumps 24/20 “
  • 5 Push Ups
  • if you get through 3 rounds, use the rest of the time to do bar-hop burpees

REST 2 MINUTES

  • repeat 

REST  3 MINUTES

  • repeat one last time

FINISHER :

  • 100 Sit Ups for Time
